Terms of service
Last updated: 10 August 2026
These terms govern your use of DispoSpot. By creating an account, you accept them.
1. Purpose
DispoSpot is a white-label booking platform. You publish your services and your availability, and your clients book on a page in your own colours.
2. Your account
You must be of age and entitled to commit the business you register. A verified email address is required to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what is done from your account.
3. Plans and payment
The service comes as a free plan and as paid plans, monthly or yearly, described on the pricing page. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can change or cancel your plan at any time, the change taking effect on a pro-rata basis. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded, unless the interruption comes from us.
4. Free plan
The free plan is permanent: it has no end date and includes a limited number of resources, services and bookings per month. Those limits are detailed on the pricing page and may change; any change to your disadvantage will be announced in advance.
5. Your data and your clients' data
The appointments and client records you enter are yours. We host them on your behalf and do nothing else with them. Towards your clients you are the data controller: informing them and collecting their consent where the law requires it is up to you.
6. Acceptable use
You undertake not to:
- use the service for any unlawful activity;
- send unsolicited messages from our servers;
- work around the limits of your plan;
- attempt to reach another professional's data.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep the service reachable, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Foreseeable maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.
8. Ending the contract
You can delete your account at any time under Settings, then Account; deletion is immediate and permanent. We only suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these terms, after telling you, except in an emergency (fraud, security breach).
9. Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for missed appointments, cancellations, or the relationship between you and your clients. Our liability is capped at the amounts you have paid us over the last twelve months.
10. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. Any material change will be notified to you by email at least thirty days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date counts as acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the competent French courts.
