Online payments are collected through Stripe. Its processing fees, about 1.5% + €0.25 per transaction on a European card, are taken by Stripe on every collection and are yours to bear.
Pricing questions
What is a resource?
A bookable employee, vehicle, room or piece of equipment. Two hairdressers and one cabin, for example, are three resources. Only active resources count.
0% commission, really?
Yes. Your subscription is our only revenue. If you enable online payment, only Stripe's processing fees (about 1.5% + 25 cents per payment) are deducted from the amount paid out to you.
Is the free plan limited in time?
No. You create your account without a credit card and stay on the free plan as long as you want: one bookable resource, five services and five bookings a month. You move to a paid plan the day one of those limits gets in your way.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from Billing in your account. The change applies immediately and billing follows on a prorated basis. Moving down a plan means first coming back under its limits on custom domains and newsletter sends.
